Stephanie Olivier-Van Stichelen, Ph.D.
Dr. Olivier-Van Stichelen received her PhD degree in Biochemistry from the University of Lille, FRANCE, in 2012. Her training was completed by a post-doctoral fellowship at the National Institute of Health (NIH), Bethesda, USA. Her research training and interests lie in studying the impact of nutrition during pre- and post-natal development including the study of O-GlcNAcylation and artificial sweeteners.

Eugenia Wulff, B.S.
Born and raised in Venezuela, Eugenia received her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in December 2017. During her undergraduate experience she participated in research projects including the development of catalysts to produce hydrogen gas for use as an alternative energy source. This exposure to science led her to apply and become a graduate student in the Interdisciplinary Doctoral Program in Biomedical Sciences at MCW in August 2018. For the past 2 years, she has been working in the Biochemistry Department under the supervision of Dr. Olivier-Van Stichelen.
